At Watersporten Benodigdheden, we’re committed to getting your watersports gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible so you can enjoy your aquatic adventures without delay.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Areas
We ship worldwide, with the exception of certain remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Products must not have been used or damaged
- All original labels and tags must be attached
- Returns must include the original proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been used or if their packaging has been opened:
- Antifog products (Antifogmiddelen)
- Women’s watershoes (Dames Waterschoenen)
- Children’s watershoes (Kinder Waterschoenen)
Return Process
- Submit a return request by emailing [email protected] with the completed return form below (or contact our customer service Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00 CET)
- You’ll receive return approval and instructions within 2 business days
- Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging
- Include the completed return form with your package
- Ship your return to:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for another product:
- Follow the same return process described above
- Clearly indicate in your return request which product you’d like to receive instead
- If the new product is more expensive, you’ll pay the price difference
- If the new product is less expensive, you’ll receive a refund for the difference
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item). We recommend using a track & trace service for your return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected]. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging if possible. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
